All sales are final. We do not provide any kind of return or refund.
By making a purchase, you agree and understand that no refunds will be provided.
Defective or Damaged Product Replacement
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement within 30 days (4 weeks) of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:
You must provide a clear unboxing or opening video showing the product condition at the time of delivery.
The defective item must be returned to us in its original packaging for verification.
Once we inspect and confirm the defect, a replacement will be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
Please note:
Replacement requests without an opening video or return of the defective item will not be accepted.
This policy applies only to defective or damaged items — not to cases of personal dislike, incorrect usage, or change of mind.
